History
With extensive experience in the brewing industry, our founders recognized the untapped nutritional potential of yeast. In 2020, we began our journey focused on drying yeast, transforming this brewing by-product into valuable ingredients for animal feed. Sustainability is at the heart of our mission, with upcycling and circular economy principles embedded in our operations. We reduce waste, promote efficient use of natural resources, and help lower carbon emissions and environmental impact.
As we grow, we are expanding to include the recovery and transformation of other food industry by-products into high-value products.

Sustainability
A single pipeline between the brewery and Simplyeast – The Simplyeast model eliminates the need for transporting fresh yeast in tankers, as is done in other facilities. This industrial symbiosis reduces environmental impact, significantly lowering CO2 emissions associated with the product. For every ton of brewer’s yeast flour produced through Simplyeast’s industrial model, we prevent the emission of 137.02 KgCO2 into the atmosphere. We are committed to protecting the environment while creating value for our customers and partners.
Production Process
The production process of dried yeast involves several stages, from receiving fresh yeast to dehydration and final packaging. Each step is carefully monitored to ensure a high-quality product ready for use in animal feed. This efficient and sustainable cycle maximizes the value of yeast, transforming this brewing by-product into a valuable resource.
